Dusan saw my claim through to the end. From the start of the claim until its resolution, Dusan gave me complete confidence in handling my case. He was knowledgeable, patient and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of the process. I highly recommend him and his services to anyone making a claim with DLG.

Two and a half years ago I had a personal injury claim which DLG Legal Services Ltd dealt with on my behalf. The process itself was not for the faint hearted as it takes so long but I found DLG Legal Services Ltd very professional, responsive and prompt in dealing with my claim. Their representative was very conscientious, courteous and hardworking. In particular e-mails sent with queries etc were dealt with very swiftly by JB (Janet Blakeley). Thank you Janet for working far beyond, you were a credit to your company. I hope they fully appreciate the extra work and time you put in on behalf of the Client. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
I would ask LH or LA pf DLG Legal Services Complaints Dept to get in contact with me to try to resolve some of the issues. I would ask you to at least try to comply with DLG Legal Servies Complaints Handling Procedure v.6. There is little point of the document if DLG staff have no intention of complying with it. Edited to note that DLG Legal Services Complaints Handling Procedure v.6 states that DLG will be in contact within 3 working days to discuss my concerns. DLG Legal Services are not complying with their own Complaints Hanmdling Procedures by delaying dicussing my conerns intil the new year. What is the point of DLG Legal Services Complaints Handling Procedures if DLG Legal Services do not comply with it?
Good communication and helpfulness
I know solicitors take a long time, but they are incredibly inefficient, making it even slower. Update: It takes at least three weeks to answer an email so I am not holding my breath on a team leader contacting me. Further Update: I received a call asking me what to do with the money although I had already asked someone to send a cheque.
Full attention to details
Laura Martin called me today and I have found her super polite, understandable, decent and professional and she knows her job very well and super helpful. In regard DLG company, I am not happy with the service they provide, a phone call was scheduled 3 times and I have managed to talk to them after almost two months. Complaint was logged but the complaint team as come back to me with some really nonsense response and when I replied back never responded.
After car accident in 2021 DLG have been fantastic throughout the 3years it’s taken to receive a settlement.Always keeping me informed. My case was taken over by Senior Litigator Emran Ali and he gave me assurances my case would be settled before cut of date and it was. It was my first time in any type of Court. We won the case thanks to Dusan, who was patient, very good at communicating, and an experienced solicitor. If I ever have to go to Court again, which I hope will never happen, I would want Dusan fighting my corner. I highly recommend him, and I am very thankful for his support and guidance.
Things were looking utterly hopeless for my insurance claim. But the other party reckoned without Kopano Seema at DLG Legal Services... Her tenacity, professionalism, thoroughness and expertise, coupled with her warmth and kindness, gave me hope and comfort throughout the protracted, distressing case. Although I didn't get the outcome I wanted following a car accident, I would like to say a big thank you to the legal team of DLG services. But more specifically a huge thank you to Maryam Farhan-Quddusi who was with me all the way through the rubbish. Being a nurse and working shifts, I'm extremely hard to get in touch with, but she persevered and didn't loose patience with me, even when I forgot to reply sometimes. She gave me good, professional advice and was thorough, understanding and empathetic towards me even when I admittedly got angry occasionally. Overall, thank you to DLG Legal for being my backbone during this situation. Just pleased it's now over! I hope you all have a fabulous Christmas 🎄
Awful customer service Awful response time Awful portal Very very very slow to the extent that I went & got assessed & treated by specialist privately & then 3 months later They wanted me to go to a specialist to get assessed & refused to recognise the report I had already had done although it matched their specialist diagnosis More interested in making money for themselves even if it repeats treatment that you have already done Failed to pick the file until July although it was sent to them in March ( by themselves ) DLG = Direct Line Repeatedly asked for complaints procedure & ignored Claim on going due to their insistence of duplicating all the treatments & assessments I’ve already had which of course drives up their payout not mine Thanks for your reply Yes someone got in contact Didn’t help Still hasn’t sent me the complaints process
I would highly recommend DLG legal services for your legal support. I was in an accident some years ago and was badly injured but was fortunate to have DLG cover through my home insurance. The team at DLG supported me through a claim and the various medical investigations over the years to a positive settlement recently. I found the team to be very caring and supportive. They are responsive and you have one case handler who you can speak to and correspond with so the service feels more personal. My legal advisors have always been very knowledgeable and provided sound advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again (but hope I won’t need to!)
Asli was honestly fantastic and an absolutely credit to the company! I had a long 3 year battle but she has pulled it through for me when I was close to giving up. Negotiated higher than my first offer settlement, great communication all throughout the process and a genuinely lovely person. Very grateful for her work!
As previous reviews state, this company lies from the start and disrupts proceedings, increasing the other party's costs. I am just about to write a formal complaint, and no doubt they will not respond, so I have every intention of then reporting to the legal ombudsman.
