Never known a company work against you so much. No case handler, conflicting information given, no mention of a time frame. Having to chase DLG Legal Services for basic information. Confirming that all documents have been recieved for phonecall nearly a month later asking for documents they have already received. They have caused considerable amount of stress and anxiety to an already stressful situation.

Today, the call about the procedure, guidance and step by step completion of the DLG form and the explanation of how they would represent me throughout the injury claim as well as the procedures that I needed to follow and the options that were available to me was second to none. These were clearly explained including the DLG portal. To me that was a great display of efficiency and professionalism.I was kindly told that I could ask for clarity whenever I needed to, which I did on many occasions. I was told in advance how long the call would be and I prepared myself for it. It simply wasn’t guessing game. The call finished within the time frame I had been told. It was really impressive.

DLG legal services seem to have taken an extraordinary amount of time to resolve a seemingly very simple legal claim where fault was not disputed from day one, without the help and advice of Mr Bryce Hermannssen of DLG I am sure it would have taken a lot longer, many thanks for his achieving the results that were long overdue.

This experience became easier when Claire Hornshaw was assigned to me by DLG. She listened and understood that what I wanted/needed was treatment to get better not money. She kept in touch and I got great advice and great treatment. When it became apparent that the injury was permanent she was able to talk me through my options and even managed to get me some additional medical treatment for the future.
