Stay away from DJI
I had a problem with a Mavic 3 that DJI could not fix over 8 months and a problem with Terra that they also could not only not fix but could not identify where the problem was. They have now introduced the Mavic 4, do the customer support for the Mavic 3 will fall off a cliff. After reviewing my Mavic 3 DJI said they would look into it. That resulted in just another letter. I am going to get a Mavic 4 just to test it. Why should consumers be left feeling cheated by these companies. I will post a review once I tested it. The customer care team, or so called took 8 months to do nothing. Please see this. The reply from DJI is so misleading. They have done nothing
