They try not to refund lost packages

Tried to cop a osmo pocket 3. Waited 1 month before they ship. Then package got lost, I can understand that it could happens. But then it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for a refund. They first says it's processing then slate case in under investigation. It's a shame for such a big company like DJI to act like this. EDIT: I indeed my product, but it was delivered 200km away of the delivery adress. Poor service from DHL and poor customer service from DJI. The package was here since more than 3 weeks. If DJI would have taken the issue seriously, it would have been fixed since weeks.
