Anyone can fake anything if you're a good scammer! By the way-- they say they refunded me, but now theyre saying theyre not refunding me, so ill get the money back from my bank, and your name will be in the sh*tter, not mine.

Great service. I was able to apply for ca handicap placard within a week time period online on the ca DMV website once I received the signed and approved forms from the doctor. Total turn around time between talking to a doctor, getting approval letters and the actual handicap placard in the mail was around two weeks tops. Please note that if the doctor does not send you the original in the mail you cannot apply in person or at triple a as they want an original signed (wet ink) form. If you apply on the ca DMV website link they send you directly the website accepts the pdf scanned copy. This service was helpful. Thank you.

The Doc was great and the process is streamlined. In California I had to submit the paperwork it online to the DMV.. Don't do what I did. I went in person and they wouldn't take the form. The Doc told me to file it online, I should have listened. Once I followed the instructions I got from the Doc I had zero problems getting my placard. Thanks to everyone that helped me there at Divan Medical.

The customer service was excellent. I was called right away. They didn’t get upset that I was busy for a few days. I left a voicemail when I was available for the screening and they called me the next day. I was very anxious, but they really made me feel heard and respected, which put me at ease.

I’m new to being disabled and had concerns this would be a “just pay for it and get it” kind of place. It isn’t, you have a consultation with the doctor assigned to you and they very kindly and gently explain the how things work, conditions that qualify, and the limitations as well. They honestly evaluate you. Yes you can do it yourself, but if you have comprehension issues and struggle with paperwork or have a condition aggravated by stress, I recommend this place to assist you. I qualified for a 6 month placard which is extremely fair as I continue with testing and treatment for my condition. If you need a placard and don’t know where to begin, this place is worth the cost. If you’re approved, you just sign the completed paperwork they send you, and send it to the dmv. No hassle and no stress.
