The doctor I spoke to was very professional and very understanding. He let me explain my situation without interrupting me and he really listen to what I had to say. I would definitely use this site again.

The process was very simple and easy to process but I had a very hard time at my BMV getting the Placard. With the prescription being from an out of state doctor, they were fighting me on accepting it. I had to argue with them for quite sometime and they did eventually allow me to get one. So thank you.

I was VERY skeptical at first. This process was a breeze after signing up I talked with the doctor a few days later. He submitted my forms for me the DMV had an issue cause I didn’t sign I called and within hours they emailed me the forms I took it to my local AAA and walked out with my placard. I’ll say the process was roughly 10 day but president day weekend was part of those days so it would have been even faster. I highly recommend this service!!

Very disappointed my paperwork was sent to Dmv unsigned by me Dmv sent it to me to sign but I can’t do that. I forwarded Dmv email to you and I’m still waiting to hear from you. I broke my hip and can’t walk far. Yes lease either take care of this or refund my money.

This process was smooth and effortless! I filled out the online application where I was asked to provide proof of my medical condition. This was also very painless with a simple upload to the appropriate link. A few days later I had a brief follow-up call with a doctor who asked some clarifying questions regarding the issues that I had stated on my initial application. He made a determination regarding my qualification and explained the next steps to me very clearly.
