Extremely Frustrated
I initially applied for a disabled veterans placard and plates and expected a response within 48-72 hours as the website stated. After a couple weeks and a few phone calls and/or emails, I finally received an email stating I was approved. However, the initial application was incorrect but customer service was quick in correcting the issue and sending the correct application back to me. I took everything to DMV, (because I wasn't able to submit my application on the virtual site sent to me via email), so that was several days wasted. To my surprise and dismay, I waited at DMV for 2 hours to finally be called to the counter and then told the signature needed to be an original one. I WAS SO UPSET!! That was almost TWO weeks ago! I have left multiple voice messages and sent several emails with no response almost two weeks later which is unacceptable and bad business. If Divan Medical were better with customer service and responding to their customers, they would be top tier. I'm still waiting for a resolution a month later! Please help so I don't have to dispute the fees paid on my credit card. I don't have what is needed to get my approved placard and plates from DMV. All that's needed is an original signature on the 2nd application that was emailed to me, this can be sent via Express mailed to me.
