This was great! I spoke with the Doctor on Saturday he approved my permit and told me I would receive it the following week. I did receive it on Tuesday and now I have scheduled an appt with the DMV. Thank you so much for the prompt and fast service.

Uh, just dealing with DMV is a nightmare; making it totally worth every penny you pay this reliable Doctors office. Professional AND courteous are rare descriptions for a business in today’s world. 5 stars for them.
Dr. Sasso sent me a text prior to calling so I knew to answer the phone. He was courteous and listened to my medical history carefully. My paperwork was sent quickly and I received the paperwork to get a disabled plate and permanent placard very quickly. Indiana BMV accepted the paperwork without hesitation.
