There were some issues I called and emailed about, and zero response.

I was not given the permanent placard thst I applied for. I was given a placard for only 6 monthes when I have a permanent disability. When I told you I received the wrong one. I haven't heard anything back

Wonderful service. It took a bit longer to get the form sent to me than I would have liked, but glad to get it done.

I think I got scammed. I paid $129 and uploaded all of my medical information, a doctor ”reviewed” it, and it’s now been over two weeks and I haven’t received anything. Meanwhile I’m in a ton of pain and customer service keeps stringing me along saying it will be sent out soon.

Divanmed services were great! In the beginning there was a slight misunderstanding. Divanmed handled the situation promptly and efficiently. Would definitely be using them again! Thanks!

Well... The service was provided, however the DMV form was filled out incorrectly and the doctor signed it in the spot for the applicant to sign. I asked divian to please re-issue a corrected form, and I was ignored. So yes I got an approved form, but it's useless and there was no response when I asked for help. Perhaps even more disturbing, on my account page on the drhandicap site, there was a listing for the charge to be repeated in four years. There was nothing mentioned during the process of applying for the service about a recurring charge, there is no requirement in my state for a doctor's re-certification, and placards are good for ten years.

What a wonderful experience. I applied, uploaded my latest medical records and had an approval within 3 days. A few days later, the application was received and I now have my placard without going into an office setting with COVID everywhere. I’m eternally grateful. My only complaint was when I went to call and speak to my contact I wasn't able to reach her directly by phone. I was able to communicate with email but I wanted to speak directly to her and couldn't. It made me feel like maybe this wasn't legit but it absolutely was. I got my temp parking permit - but I walked it into AAA and did not do it over the internet through the DMV because I knew this would be the fastest way for me to get the permit in my hands.

An error was made and apparently your staff, even after taking payment, has no ability whatsoever to communicate with each other, me or resolve a problem. I'm slowly becoming disgusted with the whole operation. This is the first poor review that I have ever written in my life. I have the note that my paper work was approved and I was sent someone else's approval that lives in another state. Numerous phone calls have gotten me nothing but assurances that the problem was passed along and that management is aware.

I was approved July 5, 2021. The fee was collected. I have yet to receive the letter with my approval so haven’t been able to get my placard yet and this is 2 weeks later. I am a right leg amputee so obviously need the placard. I am not very happy…

I received a quick response with an approval. I haven't received my documentation yet but am hoping it arrives soon.

I contacted this company a month ago to get a handicap parking placard. Never received any other contact from anyone. After repeated phone calls, I've been told my case has been approved. Still no contact iniated from them. Called them yesterday and got a USPS tracking number on Priority Mail package that was supposed to be sent out on July 1, 2021. It has not been picked up by postal service. Still no answers. Very bad communication. Sixteen days after Priority Mail shipping date I finally receive the Texas form filled out, signed, and notarized. Only problem the doctor who signed it is licensed in Tennessee. Form clearly says doctor must be licensed in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, or Oklahoma. The state will not accept this. I can't get anyone to provide the proper form or a refund of $159.00.

Great customer service. The doctor was a few minutes behind in calling me but the office staff let me know so I didn’t miss his call when he did call. I would recommend Divan to anyone needing a phone consult with a doctor. The paperwork I needed from them arrived a few days later via email. 10/10 experience.

Never received any responses from Dr. Handicap Devin-Medical, as was told me by Jessica Smith associate. It has been over a month, that I began the giving of my personal info., my personal Dr.'s name, his personal card...bad choice!

After I applied a representative contacted me right away. I spoke with the doctor the next day, and received my application the next business day.
