I’m new to being disabled and had concerns this would be a “just pay for it and get it” kind of place. It isn’t, you have a consultation with the doctor assigned to you and they very kindly and gently explain the how things work, conditions that qualify, and the limitations as well. They honestly evaluate you. Yes you can do it yourself, but if you have comprehension issues and struggle with paperwork or have a condition aggravated by stress, I recommend this place to assist you. I qualified for a 6 month placard which is extremely fair as I continue with testing and treatment for my condition. If you need a placard and don’t know where to begin, this place is worth the cost. If you’re approved, you just sign the completed paperwork they send you, and send it to the dmv. No hassle and no stress.
