The staff and physician was very responsive to inquiries and the communications were clear. I reached out via email with a few questions and the staff responded quickly. I submitted application and within 48 hours, I received email confirmation to schedule appointment with physician. The physician was flexible with my schedule and we both agreed to a time that would work for me. I received the call at the exact scheduled time. The appointment was very seamless. The physician expressed empathy for the issues that I have, which says a lot about their practice, i highly recommend as the paperwork was received less than a week from appointment.

I live in the State of Texas , and the DMV for Texas only accepts approvals from Providers Licensed in: Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, or Oklahoma.

This is a good alternative to utilize if you feel your own doctor is not listening to you. Remember its your own body and only you know your pain tolerance. They will still look at your medical record so if your ailment/s qualifies for a DP then rest assured you will/should be approved. I am not sure why some reviews call this a scam as the whole process took less than 72 hours from start to finish. I should receive my DP by the end of this week. Don't hesitate and use this service if you are not getting the cooperation from your primary care doctor.

This was not a horrible experience by any means, but neither was it stellar. It took 3 e-mail inquiries to keep the process moving along but they did come through eventually. On the bright side, customer service was quick to respond and seemed effective. No complaints there. I get it. Stuff happens. Having a good CS department goes a long way towards lessening the negative impact of misc. problems and issues that are bound to come up. In spite of the few hiccups I experienced, I would still recommend Divanmed to anyone looking for a one stop place for assistance with HC plates or tags.

In the time it took, I could have used my telehealth through my insurance for less than half the price and I would have had it done within an hour. This took a week and the people here send you messages that make no sense because they don’t proofread what they are sending

It seemed like a long time until I was contacted. I tried calling 4 times and there was no answer or voicemail. Doesn't look good

My order came torn and damaged. Was told they would send out a replacement and I'm still waiting.

The applcation process was surprisingly easy from start to finish and I had my placard in hand from local DMV within 5 days of getting certified by Dr Wilcox (who was caring & knowledgeable )

This is a scam!, I was approved for a handicap placard through Dr Handicap.com the first week but never received my documentation, No replies to initial emails and 4 tries trying to get someone to answer the phone I was finally contacted by Jessica Smith from divanmed.com, I received nothing but excuses. Not only did they take my money they have my DL information and my medical records. I know they will reply to this review like other with " Please send us your email address and we will correct the problem" Well after 6 weeks the stopped replying to my emails. I have reportem the to not only the authorities also to the medical board to make sure divanmed.com are even licenced. You have been warned!

It's easier than chasing down a local doctor who may or may not want to fill out your form. Explain your situation in detail for the doctor. I didn't qualify for what I thought I qualified for, but my other symptoms did qualify me under another qualifier. Process was quick. I applied on a Saturday and The Dr. followed up with me the same day. My only issue was my address on my form was filled out incorrectly, but white out fixed that. You need to physically appear at the Florida DMV. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. I will use this service again and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you Dr. Handicap.

I highly recommend this service. I produced the paper work they needed, had a televisit with a Doctor and ultimately received the signed form for my state to allow me to get the placard that I needed.

I’m very satisfied with Divanmed, they were very fast after my initial request. I did have to contact them a couple of times to get answers to my questions but then I got exactly what I was hoping for and they helped me improve my quality of life and ultimately keep my job!
