I can't wait to get handicap permit…
I can't wait to get handicap permit parking. I am kind of frustrating onto public parking as I almost get hard to get out of my vehicle and get my walker. Divanmed get help me out and keep me little space on handicap parking.

Everything went smooth
Everything went smooth. I expected to jump through some hoops, but didn't have to. It took a little while to go through all the motions, but Divanmed did a good job.

Found out about this online service…
Found out about this online service from my Daughter. The instructions were easy to follow. Completed the online portion and the Dr contacted me as promised. The paper work came in the mail. I called my local County Court Clerk for specific instructions for my area. I mailed the completed forms to my County Court Clerk. The process was 1 2 3 done. I highly recommend these fine people.

There is nothing that relates to being…
There is nothing that relates to being a disabled veteran, ie PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, missing /damaged extremities, nerve damage, chronic pain etc. very disappointing.
