On april 19th I payed you for what I thought was for me to get my handicap parking permit. This is a total scam. I received my actual permit a few weeks later. You sent me a form to fill out and send back. I am contacting the better business dept. You took $ 159.00 from me. Money I need to live on. Return to my debit card immediately. Will wait 7 business days then taking action. You are a Scam feeding off the handicap.

The service was easy to use and a doctor reviewed my records quickly. The paperwork for my placard arrived within a week ready to send to the BMV.

Go get the form free you don't need to pay this company 129 to do something for free. Avoid this at all cost call your Doctor its a free form and free service don't make the mistake i did. Don't use this company

While I emailed with the doctor, but I decided to cancel the transaction. No product was received. I was still billed to my credit card. This amount was $159.
