My only complaint was when I went to call and speak to my contact I wasn't able to reach her directly by phone. I was able to communicate with email but I wanted to speak directly to her and couldn't. It made me feel like maybe this wasn't legit but it absolutely was. I got my temp parking permit - but I walked it into AAA and did not do it over the internet through the DMV because I knew this would be the fastest way for me to get the permit in my hands.
