Very helpful. I broke my knee and need a temporary handicap placard. I sent in my doctors records and I was approved. I received my medical “okay”, now I’m just waiting for my placard to arrive.
I paid, was approved and NEVER received anything. Also, NO responses to calls and emails asking for status.

Texas changed their DV plate laws and I needed a doctor's note. The nearest VA hospital is 45 minutes from me, and I wanted to avoid going there since it is always a nightmare. I was able to share my medical records, do a quick consult, and get a doctor's note in about a week. This was much faster and better than going to VA.

The Dr. was amazing and handled my claim almost immediately. Would have been a five star experience, but it’s been over double the allotted time and I still don’t even have a tracking number for my disability DMV paperwork. I called the help number a few days ago and was told I’d get one emailed to me right away, but I still have nothing. Im going to call again after the new year to try and figure out what’s going on, otherwise I’m going to try and get my money back from my credit card company. I don’t mind waiting and I get the holidays and COVID are causing delays, but just keep me informed or something; don’t keep me guessing. I’ll update the rating if I’m able to actually get the service I purchased, but otherwise I can’t rate it past a one star.

Contacted this medical group on a Sunday and had a promts response the same day ..my medical records were reviewed , I was approved 3 days later and had my placard within the week. Absolutely a legit medical practice who follows through and provides a promt medical service.

After answering the questions, I was immediately contacted by the doctor who was reviewing my file. The doctor kept in contact to make sure I was able to upload my medical documents to support my diagnosis. Once everything was in order, I was given a quick response and further information on how to proceed. The whole process went much smoother than I anticipated.
I’m going to be very honest, I thought this was a scam and even saw some bad reviews so I was worried but I finally tried it. I made a order online with information of my medical problems/history and then a day or two later was contacted by the doctor to provide some more information from my primary doctor showing that my medical conditions are in fact true. After I did that, they confirmed they will be signing the letter and mailing to me so that I can take it to the DMV to get my handicap plaque. Within a day or two of that email, I got it in the mail, sent to my DMV and just got the handicap plaque in the mail yesterday. This is a very legit website and I’m glad I used it. I’ve tried to get a handicap plaque with my doctor but they believe if your not on the ground dying in that moment then you don’t need one. So I needed to look outside of my primary doctor and luckily I found an amazing fast website with doctors who believe it’s tough for me to walk far distances. I was also thanked for my service and my husbands service through our email communication! Very much love this website and the doctors!
