Worst company ever!!! Same as everyone else, I ordered my products on 6/6/22, still no delivery and no refund. After a minimum of 7 emails and luckily one phone call I keep getting the same runaround. Referred to management, escalated, investigation, blah, blah, blah. It's a joke! My recommendation to anyone having issues is to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I wish I'd looked at those reviews before placing my order. NEVER. AGAIN.

The main website claims that orders are delivered in "3-5 business days". When that time had passed, and I contacted customer service, I was told that the US Post Office no longer will deliver their products...I guess this somehow caught them by surprise? The bot that you can chat with claims "10-14 business days" for "some" orders. THEN when I emailed them, what I presume was an actual person asked that I wait for 21 BUSINESS DAYS. Then they would re-ship or refund my order. Okay, I did...then emailed again and was told it was being "referred to management" and would take...wait for it...3 TO 5 MORE BUSINESS DAYS before I received a message from them. Oh, and I should also mention that the "tracking" they provide for shipments just takes you back to THE DIRECT VAPOR WEBSITE...not to an actual freight carrier, no UPS or FedEx or DHL, just THEIR WEBSITE. I'm seriously considering filing a criminal fraud complaint against these jerks, I suspect this company might just be a scam.
Ordered from this company, like some months ago. I’m a pretty laidback lad, but anyways I ordered from this play some nicotine and it didn’t come the like in 3 weeks so I was like whatever it, I got my previous order but it took some time. That the LAST time I ordered and will order, I waited like 4 weeks never showed up I contacted them then said they sent the info to some random higher up… no response. I’m pretty sure I did the same thing again a few weeks later.. no response.. it got to the point where I forgot about it, then like a month or so go by😂 I’m pretty sure my order couldn’t even be tracked, every time I clicked on the tracker nothing showed up,Oh and btw still no response. It’s been like some time now, I gave up on it awhile ago. Me, personally, wouldn’t trust this “company” it’s like 25/100 reliable. Pretty sketchy, just use 8vape or whatever it’s called, no matter how late my package was or if there’s any issues they actually have a support team and I think understand English, maybe even multiple languages as well. Also just for the cherry on top.. a real kicker.. I logged into my account and it says the order was completed ,, actual jokers. Never got to track my order , never even got my order, never got a response. They can’t keep up with the changes like other places can. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR TRUST.. if I would’ve even gotten a response and no refund I would of been okay…. But nothing at all? Mm shame. REAL HUMAN REVIEW edit- How can i supply you an order number, without sending you an email or even through the website without gettting overlooked like every other time and every other email you get from everybody else. :D Let me know edit#2 - refund was issued, after a little work , they will work with you I suppose.
I order from these folks on 6/23. My expected delivery date was 6/30. I emailed them 7/7 and was given the response that everyone has. New postal regulations. I have emailed back and forth 10 times and have not received any relative information. They said on their end the order was completed and to contact the shipping people. The number for 5strings does not work they don’t respond to emails either. The tracking number just say a label has been created like 32 times now. So now they said to give it 21 working days. It’s now 20 working days and I am effed off. What the real issue here is why these folks not take the initiative and contact their customers right away. Why not apologize and offer a discount on the next order or a refund right away? It would have made a difference. They have lost me as a customer and if I don’t hear back from management in 3-5 days as promised The next step will be to take this up with my bank. $90 and a month and they don’t give a sh$t

Good price and delivery is getting much faster
Got a thing saying "INVALID CAPTCHA" when placing the order at some point. Booted me out and had to redo the order. There is no captcha on the page. *shrug*. Otherwise, good experience.
Last shipment was very late missed 3 to 8 days looking for better. But the deals are good
Ordered over a month ago and still no products. They will tell you to contact shipper who will tell you to contact seller. Shady shipping policies as of right now I have no idea where my order is. Not expecting it to arrive. Lesson learned

For the most part my experience was fine. Only issue is you don't carry the TFV18 replacement glass tank.
