You made me verify my age on the website but then also charge me a ridiculous age shipping signature fee??? That's kind of ridiculous. Not all online sites do that, this will probably be the first and last time i order from you.
I placed order on 6/28/2022. Still have not received my order. Sent several emails and made calls. Have not heard any replies to get any help on my order. It's been over 2 weeks.

I've ordered from here once before and was very impressed. However, I decided to go ahead this time and get a months supply.. I'm afraid I've made an awful mistake. Yesterday, 5Strings Solutions put on my tracking whatever that is and said they'd attempted delivery, which I don't think happened because I intentionally never left the house waiting on them. I called Direct Vapor and they didn't help at all, and the number given for 5 Strings is not a working number. I have MS and live on a tight budget and this has ruined me. I'm distraught because now I don't have the money to even buy my stuff eelsewhere. 🥺

I had difficulty finding no salt e-liquid. I am hoping for a throat burn. I've noticed the salts actually hinder coughing. The purchasing process had more security than expected. Nothing too frustrating though. Would be great for 24mg no salt nic options. Also the site is easier to search than element vape, and the cost ceiling for free shipping is far more reasonable.

i ordered and it took 6 days just to get dropped off at delivery place and then it says its gonna be 5 to 7 days before i get my stuff this is unacceptable i will not be ordering from you again unless i have no other choice i would give this zero stars if i could

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE! Do not give this company your money. Go to ElementVapor or VapeSourcing. Wants to go back and forth a million times through email (one month later) and ask for pictures of a broken item. Will not replace or refund just to make the customer happy, they would rather waste your time. SH**TY COMPANY!
