4 stars because even though a package never made it from its last leg delivery vendor and I had to wait 21 business days to claim it as lost then wait another 10 for management to review, all of which was a hassle and put a kink in my cash flow, once that process was over, I got a replacement box with no additional problems.

I've purchased several times from this site. It is safe but does have somethings that are misleading. If you get free shipping because you bought a certain amount you still have to pay an Adult Signature Fee. On the invoice it is under shipping and handling. So not really free.

Right now I rate them two stars because I love them and use them all the time but two orders ago I never received my order or refund and I've been highly upset it's been over two and a half three months now still no results. I have ordered it again since then and did receive my order but not my last order it's really upsetting hopefully this matter will be solved and I could continue using their business without any issues once that happens it will be a five star because I love them

It would be preferable if you had the option to pay more for expedited delivery. Also, the few times I have ordered from you, 2 of the 3 times took considerably longer than expected. Product wise, it is fantastic

Quick shipping

It has been well over 14 days and I still don't have the product I paid for. Tracking has said "out for delivery" for 72 hours. I work from home AND have a ring camera so I know no one has attempted to deliver my item. Apparently there are some consumers going in together to file a suit against this company. I already contacted and gave them my info.

I ordered products on June 7th, 2022. I never received those items. I've emailed them and messaged them through their website. After they could not push the "shipping delay" excuse, I was told a manager would contact me in 1-3 days. That didn't happen. I emailed again, asking for a refund. They said it was escalated to corporate. I never heard from corporate. I filed complaints with the BBB and FTC to recoup my money. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
