Order was in transit for 18 days now its been "Out for delivery" for 2 days. Worst shipping I've ever seen. I can order stuff from China and get better tracking information and get it quicker. Completely unacceptable for something to take 3 weeks or more to get delivered(I still haven't received my package). EDIT: I normally use another site that never takes more than a week. Get a better shipping partner if you want business don't use the PACT act as an excuse to have worse shipping than China. I'm on day 3 of "Out for delivery" and still no package. Have no clue who the carrier is and no idea where my package is because the tracking info is horrible. Maybe one day my stuff will arrive.

Order was In Transit on July 23rd. Today, shipping shows Awaiting Carrier Pickup. It is now 17 working days (not the 5-8 as stated on the website). I see a lot of responses about the PACT act but my last order was received within the 5-8 days and I thought I would give Direct Vapor another shot since I was a repeat customer and shipping issues were resolved. At this point, I have had to make trips to my local vape shop. Considering you have to pay for a signature, it is probably better to just buy locally. You really need to figure out this shipping issue.

So far my review is about the shipping times only. If my order is received in the next couple of days and everything is good I'll increase by two stars. So I ordered about two weeks ago and my status is showing as out for delivery..and that a delivery has been attempted. This is not correct as I or my wife, or both, have been home at all times for the past several days. This is not a deal breaker, I understand the new rules are causing delays. What I don't get is a tracking system that is glitching out saying it's been attempted to be delivered about 30 times now. Before that the tracking wasn't very helpful either. Get it fixed fellas. UPDATE: It's been over a month now and no product. Tracking info says they've "attempted" to deliver it about 3000 times. Not once in reality. Initiating a claim now and marking this site as a scam.

I ordered about a month ago... You received my Money my Debit Card Payed you ... I don't have any Product As far as I am Concerned... CANCEL my Order and refund my Debit card

The sign up Discount was a joke. Why even bother giving it if u can’t use it, you should specify the stipulation because that’s the only reason I made the purchase is because I believed I was getting a discount!!!
