Ordering was easy. Selection of rechargeable disposables was not up to stuff so I will go elsewhere for those. VooPoo products where readily available, however. They should try to carry more brands of rechargeable disposables.
Charging for "adult signature"???? No options to adjust shipping speed so as to lower shipping fees??? What are you? A cell phone company ful of hidden fees? Besides, that charge did not appear until I placed the order! I feel duped and this is the last time I order from you!

I put in a order with them very excited that they had the Vape Juice I was looking for and ended up with $110.00 order. A little nervous I still ordered it seeing that it required a signature at delivery. Now it has been a month later I am out the $110.00, I have called support several times and they are investigating they tell me each time. Still nothing!! Worst experience ever!! They act friendly, but no Vape Juice or my money back!! Never ever Again!!

I ordered from this company because it said 3 to 8 business days for arrival well the tracking showed nothing for two almost 3 weeks and then all of a sudden the tracking said no answer and then two hours later it said delivered and then a few days later the tracking said no answer again when according to the cameras I have at my house no delivery attempt was made so the shipping company falsified the tracking information and I have not gotten my item nor a refund from this company this company is a scam! You are forced to pay extra for signature delivery when nobody actually attempts the delivery! Oh and don’t bother leaving a negative review on their website because they delete them! ***Edit in response to their reply*** I’ve already asked you guys numerous times for a refund I’ve already given you all the information that’s not the point of the matter the point of the matter is that your shipping company falsified evidence! All the products I have purchased have been top of the line from the juices, to replacement coils, glass, and even new kits. The prices are some of the best online. My only problem has been shipping, although it has improved the last two purchases, which I received within two weeks of ordering. I know this is 100% due to the regulations on shipping and lack of carriers that will deliver so I am not letting that deter me from staying with them for my products.
