“Business” can’t keep up with the changes professionally. -3/10
Ordered from this company, like some months ago. I’m a pretty laidback lad, but anyways I ordered from this play some nicotine and it didn’t come the like in 3 weeks so I was like whatever it, I got my previous order but it took some time. That the LAST time I ordered and will order, I waited like 4 weeks never showed up I contacted them then said they sent the info to some random higher up… no response. I’m pretty sure I did the same thing again a few weeks later.. no response.. it got to the point where I forgot about it, then like a month or so go by😂 I’m pretty sure my order couldn’t even be tracked, every time I clicked on the tracker nothing showed up,Oh and btw still no response. It’s been like some time now, I gave up on it awhile ago. Me, personally, wouldn’t trust this “company” it’s like 25/100 reliable. Pretty sketchy, just use 8vape or whatever it’s called, no matter how late my package was or if there’s any issues they actually have a support team and I think understand English, maybe even multiple languages as well. Also just for the cherry on top.. a real kicker.. I logged into my account and it says the order was completed ,, actual jokers. Never got to track my order , never even got my order, never got a response. They can’t keep up with the changes like other places can. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR TRUST.. if I would’ve even gotten a response and no refund I would of been okay…. But nothing at all? Mm shame. REAL HUMAN REVIEW edit- How can i supply you an order number, without sending you an email or even through the website without gettting overlooked like every other time and every other email you get from everybody else. :D Let me know edit#2 - refund was issued, after a little work , they will work with you I suppose.
