I have always booked my cruises online using this website, which is very easy to navigate. The Customer Service Reps are friendly and knowledgeable. A wish list item would be for the website to offer an optional login and password for any customers who so desire in order to provide numerous autofills when looking for and placing holds on cruises. It would definitely be a huge time-saver, as well as making the cruise search experience more enjoyable.

We booked a cruise online in the evening, but I was unsure about a few things so I called the next day. I got through quickly and the agent was very helpful and patient with me, since I am a senior citizen and not great with computers.
Good website easy to navigate. Not so good customer service, especially for things like re-pricing and some other things. Agent availability is not good and response level is very slow or simply never reply. Agent doesn’t put any effort to set cruise arrangements, like dinner times, table size, etc very serious. I hope you improve, otherwise, will need to make a change. Thank you

I bought a future cruise credit when sailing on Virgin. I thought I have to book this with the cruise line, which I did. Few months later, I saw a better deal and when I called Virgin, they said they cannot do any price adjustment but gave me a number to call travel agent. Called that number, left message and within few hours, an agent call me back & after my explanation, she will get in touch with Virgin. Shortly after, she called me back with bad news, it will cost a bit more as certain discounts not applicable, but she also gave me good news! It is from directlinecruises, there will on board credits and loyalty points conversion credits. Very happy to have $200 to spend. Thank you directlinecruises, if your agents are like Tammy Gloe, i will be your loyal customer forever!
