This my first booking with DLC. The staff is great!!!

They were not only helpful in booking a cabin of my choice, but also responsive to additional inquiries to help link my reservation to my friends.

It’s ok to book on line but after that you can never reach them by phone! Their support system is down as well. Left voice mails but they are never returned.

Direct Line Cruises is a trustworthy company that gives its clients great service.

Maggie was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and answered all my questions, and I had a lot.

Jeanne is the BEST! She is helping coordinate our small group of family and friends; persistantly working, diligently, when we each have varying needs and preferences!

I have used DLC for several cruises and usually everything goes great. On my last cruise they didn't give me $50 rewards that was supposed to be used on my cruise. That was very disappointing. I finally got the 50.00 in my bank account but I had show them that I was entitled to that. There was a lot of back and forth but finally it was resolved. I made a mistake on my cruise on the Star of the Seas and didn't change my email to be the primary so my husband was getting everything. I thought it was resolved yesterday but this email went to him and not me. I dont know why it is so hard to get something so simple changed. If this doesn't get corrected I probably not use DLC again

Booking online was a little hectic due to the short time allowed by your website. We had to rush to type in our personal info in a certain time frame and we got shut out before we completed the booking. I prefer speaking to someone on the phone. I called a few times and after waiting for more than 40 minutes I was directed to go online.

As usual, DLC had good price and perks. The $150 match for deposit was surprising and I took advantage of it.

It was excellent, the rep (Cheeo B.) was knowledgeable and helpful and I couldn't have asked for better. She definitely deserves 4 1/2 stars. The only reason I didn't give her 5 is because no one is perfect. Otherwise, I would and will highly recommend her to everyone. I
