I don't usually use travel agencies for my travel. I needed to use Direct for a trip and now I will never use anyone else. They are so easy to deal with, they take care of every detail. Extra bonus offers and tips on the excursions. Thank you Direct for exceeding a travel agency company expectations!!
Excellent communications by customer service staff. Quick to respond to my request. We have always found them to be professional and helpful whether booking a new cruise or servicing an existing cruise.
My wife and I have used direct line multiple times and always had a great experience!
Great prices with excellent customer care.
Diane P. was wonderful. She was very helpful with all of my questions and gave me tips on what to expect from our vacation and offered other useful information. Her personality made me smile and laugh giving me confidence in knowing all amenities offered were confirmed while booking our first cruise trip to Alaska.
Wrath of knowledge and also straight forward on what we can do
Always easy booking online. Love the courtesy hold policy.
They have always been helpful with my requests and really fast with responding. Greatly appreciate the support.
I have been dealing with Direct Line Cruises for many years and have found all the agents to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Someone always gets back to you. Dorene Holyat, agent for this last booking was terrific! To be honest, not crazy about the RC telephone app for check-in, etc.
Have been using Direct Line cruises for over 20 years. They have always been the ‘go to’ for advice and questions I would have concerning cruise ships and itineraries.
Smooth and efficient
Fast service
Jeanne did a great job. She restored our faith in DLC. We have been having many issues and we we were ready to go to another travel agency. The prices are, always the best bang for your buck. She was knowledgeable and patient and made suggestions to save us money. She is an asset to DCL.
It was easy to book this cruise. Any questions were answered quickly.
Excellent customer service.
The advisor ,Diane Pittel was extremely helpful
While the website and interface is easy to access getting hold of customer service is really tough. Tried calling multiple times and never got connected and support requests response takes 24hrs or beyond. If that is improved I will be fully satisfied.
Proactive call to me. Understanding that I have booked over 60 cabins directly or indirectly through DLC and adding an additional incentive.
Excellent service!
DLC does a great job at offering the best Cruise deals. They have always been professional, working hard to get the best rates and any discounts that may be available, as well as always answering any questions you may have. The loyalty rewards is a nice bonus too!
