I've been using Direct Line Cruises for a few years now. Our customer service rep is Tammy and she is terrific. We are very happy with her.
Maggie was very helpful in claiming my booking which was a casino booking. I have always had positive outcomes when dealing with DCL.

Customer service is number one. Our plane was delayed last year and we missed embarkation in San Juan Puerto Rico. We call direct cruise line . Arrangements were made to have us join at the next stop in St Martin. Thank you all very much.
Your Direct Line agent, Ms. Jeanne Arrengo, handled everything with ease, politeness and humor, where appropriate. I have booked upwards of 25 various cruises from NJ, MD and NYC through this travel agency, and never been disappointed with the results. I highly recommend dealing with Direct Line for all your travel needs!
My husband and I cruise as often as possible. WE WOULD NEVER SAIL WITHOUT BOOKING THEOUGH DIRECT LINE CRUISES!!!! They handle the whole complicated booking for us. The suggest better cabins on better ships with better prices!!! The agents know what they are doing and are such a help. AND WHEN YOU BOOK WITH DLC....YOU GET EXTRA PERKS!!! BOOKING A CRUISE WITH DIRECT LINE CRUISES IS DEFINITELY A WIN-WIN SITUATION!

Pleasant and helpful staff
I had a bit of a wait in the phone queue but it was worth waiting for Maggie Hoge. She was thorough and patient with the number of cabins I was booking. She answered all of my questions over multiple phone calls (multiple calls because of my group, no fault of Maggie). I could have done all of this online but I'm a little old school and when possible I still appreciate the personal touch.
Customer service had no problems navigating their website and book a wonderful cruise through them for 10 days. Our customer service rep was super helpful.
I have been booking cruises with Direct Line Cruises (DLC) for over 30 years. They are the best! Their customer service and great deals keep me coming back. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and patient. Cheero and Emily were so helpful booking my upcoming cruise. I highly recommend DLC!
