Michelle helped us and we ask a lot of questions and priced a lot of different rooms . She was awesome and never skipped a beat helping us every way she could.
Our representative was very patient during our meeting. She took the time to look into a few different options for us.
Your agent is unfamiliar with your agency policy and keeps changing things she agreed that we would receive. One example is her mistaking how much we would receive from our loyalty rewards. Totally unprofessional. In addition very, very, very difficult to reach her direct line.
Direct Cruise Lines has real people you can talk with to resolve problems. They are number one in my book!

As usual direct line cruises has made booking a cruise easy and affordable with lots of perks and pleasant, knowledgeable assistants to help you along the way.. we are clients for years. And with each trip you take you get loyalty points to use on future trips which is a great perk itself.
I'm very satisfied. I call to change my room in the same category without any problem. I'm very happy to be near my brother's room.
