Everything is self explanatory and if you ever needed help or questions, there is live assistance via online chat or through calling. DLC is still my trusted source for all of my cruise bookings. This weekend, for the first time ever, I had a lot of trouble finding someone to help me complete my cruise bookings. Normally, I can do everything online but this time I needed to use my cruiseline deposit to apply it to the cruise I had on hold. I waited on hold for 30 mins on Sat and then was forced to leave a message and finally spoke with someone on Sun after holding for 20 mins+. That is a new experience. I hope their service levels are not dropping.

Attention Helen Coiro This is my first experience booking with Direct Line Cruises.Im appalled at the inefficiency of your of the staff. I made an on line hold booking and a few hours later received a call from CSR asking us to complete the booking and make the deposit payment of USD 1000 which we did. Subsequently the next day we received call from another CSR asking us to complete the booking and make the payment. When I informed her that the booking was completed the day before I was told that there was no records of payment in the system. On my insistence she said she would investigate the matter. Investigate? What investigate? I would have expected an apology and some kind of goodwill gesture for slackness. After much ado she found the booking and instead I was given explanations and excuses on how the system works at your end when the simplest thin to have been done soul have been the first CSR after completing the booking would have cancelled the hold. Having spent over an hour and a half I would have expected the second one atleast to have taken action of cancelling the first on hold booking. But sadly this person too couldn’t care less and didn’t do the needful. What a waste of corporate human resources and client’s time. The story doesn’t end here. Today I have received an email once again asking me to complete my booking. Can’t believe this is actually happening Would expect a company like yours to put their staff through rigorous training to benefit the corporation and maintain good will of the customer. I would sincerely hope serious attention is given to this matter and I’m not subjucated to one more email and annoyance from your staff Sincerely Pearl Telang
