The time to get an agent on the phone has definitely become a problem. I have been booking with you since 2004. Maybe before. The website is less user friendly and there are just things you can not accomplish booking online yourself. Getting a good agent is hit or miss now. Some are very new. I ended up getting Michelle yesterday and she was very good and patient and I was able to accomplish my bookings. Michelle was very professional and knowledgeable.

Speaking directly with a representative has always been helpful and a good experience but I find the website is a poor design and difficult to navigate. It usually ends by calling the company and waiting a long time to speak to someone.
