Wasn’t happy with the wait time for a call back and wasn’t happy with the answer of my concern. This comment is being edited based on the reply by DLC… the reply did not answer my concerns. I lost perks due to a lack of reply to my initial contact. Replies should be in a timely matter instead of when we get around to it. Not good business.,
Always a pleasure too book with DLC.
easy to use, good amount of options

Easy to book & website provides option to submit ticket for other issues, which I used to apply a FCC. Process was easy with quick response time.
Questions were answered with ease. She looked for what I wanted and tried her best to help me.
Especially knowledgeable staff who took the time to fully explain and guide me through the process and answer my questions.
Great customer service. Explained all options and what to expect. Thanks

Quick and easy!
Excellent customer service from Jeanne and Joann easy to plan a cruise with them
From start to finish it was a great experience. Leslie Meyer is a true professional and is great to work with. Directly Line Cruises make everything easy
I try to take adult family with me when I cruise. The on line websites don’t like that. Especially if family members share common names. Or if you wish to stay in separate cabins. DLC has humans who can understand and address variables and get the systems to work.
have not traveled yet) but the agent was so helpful
Terrific deal on a cruise we already knew we wanted: Viking was having a sale, so we got good deal. With Direct Line Cruises, we got a GREAT deal! Was really worth getting a quote from them.
My agent, Doreen Holyat, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was able to find a room in the category I was seeking. I would recommend her to others
I was referred to Direct Cruises by a friend Cathy Glosenger. Everything was really simple to book. I look forward to book again.
Direct Line makes it easy to find, book and follow my cruises. They have been helpful in sorting out any problems I have had and in answering my questions. I feel confident in booking a cruise with them.
