Joe was very helpful getting our reservations made getting the onboard credit was a treat too.

Easy booking on line
There was a ‘glitch’ in receiving a voucher for specialty dining.I contacted DLC,AND THEY PROMPTLY mailed me a check FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.
As usual, Jeanne offered me exceptional customer service. Her knowledge about the cruise industry puts her way ahead of the rest. She answered all of my questions and offered us a great deal! I would definitely recommend her to other customers.

As a senior citizen (76 years young) I sometimes get frustrated with online portals and other tech stuff. Direct Line Cruises is always delighted to help me. That means a lot. They are always available and never seems bothered because I may take a little more time than younger folks. I appreciate their respectful attitude.
