Fast easy good quality
I've been booking my cruises regularly through this agency, and the service is simply outstanding. The agent always provides quick responses, unbeatable customer care, and highly competitive prices. Truly a level of service that’s hard to find!
Direct Line Cruise is always a pleasure to work with the staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
Great customer service and incentives
It was difficult for us to get everything booked in the time frame and had to start over three times. It would not go through and we could not figure out why. There were questions we had to re answer because of this and it took us hours. We hope our trip is not this stressful. I hope that if we missed something, we can go back and correct it before final payment.
I've been using Direct Line for years! The staff is always super helpful and wonderful to work with. Will continue to work with for many years in the future.
DLC has been our Cruise vacation go to for over 10yrs and as always, came thru again. This time Tammy G. handled our task and came thru with flying color's, a true Professional! Don't forget, DLC is there for you when the time comes for Cruising, call them, you won't be disappointed...
THE SERVICE REP. TAMMY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING OUR SITUATION. IT WAS NICE TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE, STATE SIDE, WITH OUT AN HEAVY ACCENT THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND, WITHOUT ASKING THE PERSON TO REPEAT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING.

The Phone agent was helpful to the point of searching the lines open cabins when she realized that her in house inventory did not have what I had seen earlier in the week and was the reason for my call.
