When I sent my very first support request form back in January, she has been there and it wasn’t until today I realized I have been speaking to her this entire time. She is professional, patient, and proficient and never made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, or insulted. She firmly and matter-of-factly explained where I would run into problems for my requests and why something would or would not work and also offered alternate solutions to my concerns. When I finally did make a decision and got my act together, she was extremely professional, and kindness exuded throughout her tone. She got me exactly what I requested and applied my military discount as well. I am thoroughly pleased with her service and would recommend her to anyone.

Such as easy way to find a cruise and price it in real-time. No having to deal with calling an agent to get prices. Just find the cruise you're interested in, pick a cabin, and get a price. The only hang-up is trying to book multiple cabins - you can't do it in a single operation. You have to do them individually and while its not a road-block, its a pain.
