Wasn’t happy with the wait time for a call back and wasn’t happy with the answer of my concern. This comment is being edited based on the reply by DLC… the reply did not answer my concerns. I lost perks due to a lack of reply to my initial contact. Replies should be in a timely matter instead of when we get around to it. Not good business.,
