I have used Direct Line Cruises on all 10 of my cruises over the past 16 years. The customer service, attention to details, they ask all the right questions and help with any of yours. I will not book a cruise without their help.
We typically book online through Direct Line Cruises, but this time we decided to book while on our most recent cruise. When we called and spoke with Kim she was able to link that reservation to their system and get us an even better deal!

Both Support agents and sales reps on the phone were very helpful and knowledgeable. I always like to deal with Support agents than calling for help. However, I could only contact Support agents online when I have a booking number. Sometimes I need to confirm some information before I book, then I have to call to talk to someone on the phone. Phone line is always busy and hold time at least 10 minutes. Left number to call back and received call back few hours later. I suggest to add the Support agent function on the website for questions without a booking number.
