I spoke to Emily about booking a cruise in 2026. Japan was the destinaton my husband and I had selected, and Emily was so helpful with the dates and cabin choices. I have booked cruises in the past with Direct Line Cruises and have had nothing but positive experiences. Emily is a great asset!
I think the step by step booking was very helpful for those not major computer nerds and showing what is available made it easier to choose rooms with or without views.
Have had great experiences with you to book our cruises! Thank you 😊
The ease of booking a cruise and the price and perks they let you pick your cabin
Easy to navigate the website. Booking the cruise was simple.
there is a kind of problem when I need to check up my cruise reservation on line by booking number or DLC no.
We did on-line booking by entering the required information, selected our cabin, gave payment method, and that was it. No fuss, no muss!
Very easy and more affordable option. Jennifer was very helpful
Just noticed 2 Alaska cruises that I had booked several months ago had come down in price significantly. Contacted dlc and received a much lower price thus saving me almost $2000. Have been using for 15 years. GREAT AGENCY
Maggie Hoge was extremely outstanding and soooo helpful🤩👍😀🌈 ext 148
Always easy to book online or on phone. DLC always answers phone. Plus you get extra OBC and perks that the cruise lines don’t iffer
You can't login with provided information. Very frustrating.
Audrey was very helpful to us I would recommend her for my family and friends to book their cruise with her
Tammy was so helpful,we called DLC just about closing time and she was on her way out. She said she would stay and assist us with our booking. We’re so thankful, the deal was about to end that night on the celebrity cruise we had chosen. WONDERFUL people to work with at DLC !! Thanks again J. Mat
Always great service and best cruise deals are obtained from Direct Line Cruises
Fast and efficient
Jeanne is quick with info and very efficient and informative.
I had two great experiences booking my last cruises. Earlier in the day Jeanne booked a cruise for me that went very smoothly . That night my sister in law wanted to book the same cruise. It was just before closing, the agent Tammy worked past closing to make sure she got the cruise.I always feel we are treated like family.
I have always had wonderful experiences booking with Direct Line Cruises. It has been many, many years now that I have been loyal to DLC. I have dealt with many agents at DLC and they have all been wonderful!! I truly apapreciate everything they do for me with all my cruise bookings. A big thank you to Tammy for my most recent cruise bookings and for several in the past as well. She is a wonderful asset to DLC. Tammy, extends herself over and beyond for her clients. Thank you so much Tammy!! Thank you to everyone at DLC for always making my cruise bookings an enjoyable experience!!! Denise L.
