They have a DLC Loyalty Club for which you get points to redeem for gifts. My email address, which is your ID for the club, changed. A single email and within a day the emails were switch and I retained my points. Great service.

I was having difficulty on the website getting the confirmation completed. Called customer service and "Kim Imperial?"at extension 156 on 3/17/25 resolved the matter which was a data entry error on my part. Very courteos, patient, and helpful. She went the extra mile to make sure I had a satisfactory experience.
