I think the promotions that use direct line cruises should get a choice of a alcohol drink from them know matter what cruise ship they use, and the gratuities should be a gift to us when we use direct line cruises on any floor not just over 4,000 dollars. But they do a good job other then that.

I was happy to booked on this cruise line because I did easily understand the whole process and everything went good and desirable! There's a lot of discount and benefits, too but my only concern we need ETA ( Electric Travel Authorization) although we are US Citizens but aside from that, it was a great experienced booking with them and very interesting itinerary 😲😍

We recently booked a cruise on Norwegian Lines thinking we had reserved time off work, but realized almost immediately that we did not have time off. Routine cancelation would have resulted in loss of 75% of our payment. Direct Line went to Norwegian for us (shout out to Joe) and fully refunded our payment. Needless to say, I will be using Direct Line for any future bookings. This was in April, 2025.
