Kim Imperial worked through multiple issues with my booking yesterday with a fantastic attitude - A+++++
every time I book a cruise it is flawless
Very easy to get booked on an amazing cruise. My family saved a lot of money with Direct Line Cruises. We normally book with the cruise line directly but they didn’t have the special cruise we were looking for to take our 75 year old sister on her first cruise. Special thanks from my family to you.
Emily was very helpful and made sure we got the location and date we were looking for
Wonderful friendly service. Long wait times to talk to someone.
patrice was very good made it happen very easy

Site is very easy to navigate. Calling customer service is reliable and with a person. 👍
Jeanne was right on top of booking our cruise and even reached out to a relative to book them also. Answered questions called back in a reasonable time and took care of everything within minutes.
jeanie 10 most helpful and pleasant. I got someone else the first time I called, did not give name so I cant say they were rude. also, chat on line stephanie was stupid and no help

Best prices and perks! Maggie took care of all my requests:)
Fantastic customer service, great value and generous with the complimentary gifts.
Professional, understanding, polite, fast response.
I like how I was handled when I first contacted the agent
The service we received was phenomenal. The agent that helped me, Cheo Brewster was great in all parts of this booking. I will save her contact info for our future bookings. We had to wait a while for dlc to call after leaving a message but when dlc called, it was Cheo. She had a lot to do for us including working with the cruise line crown & anchor. She did a great job in a reasonable amount of time.
