Less available than normal
DLC is still my trusted source for all of my cruise bookings. This weekend, for the first time ever, I had a lot of trouble finding someone to help me complete my cruise bookings. Normally, I can do everything online but this time I needed to use my cruiseline deposit to apply it to the cruise I had on hold. I waited on hold for 30 mins on Sat and then was forced to leave a message and finally spoke with someone on Sun after holding for 20 mins+. That is a new experience. I hope their service levels are not dropping.
