Staff are very responsive. Always helpful and pleasant.

I called and was on hold for 15 minutes after getting a person who promised to call back with an answer. No call, so I called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes. Left a message to call me back, but there was no call back. Called back again and finally got someone who told me she called me. Then, after I questioned that answer said the call didn't go through. Need better service than this.

Maggie was excellent , she found out the information I requested and called me back.

When we call into your agency, the whole time is beyond normal expectations even when we call first thing in the morning at 10 AM when you open the whole time is about 20 minutes We have been on well over 100 cruises so we always shop among all the major agencies for the best price lately you have been among the best as far as prices concerned

i had big problem with my cabin they give me when i book my cruise with Direct line cruises. They were very nasty and rude when i called them to please change my cabin to better location. I even spoke to a supervisor she was so rude . I will never book a cruise with them again.

Using the online method was problematic because it would not complete after filling all the required info and trying to add a credit card. Everything went very well after I called and received attention for a booking with a representative.
