I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Direct Freight Express. On two separate occasions, when no one was home, the delivery drivers simply left my parcels outside the building—in cl... See more
Absolute terrible delivery service. no attempt was made to deliver parcel, and instead the driver just noted down " CANT FIND ADDRESS" insane incompetence. and then instead of calling to organize re-delivery or confirm details, they sent the package back to sender in another state. Customer service is a joke too. Good luck even getting them on the phone
Well the latest driver thought Authority to Leave didn't mean our front door but our garage (in a block of 6) garages 25 metres from our door where anyone can easily knock it off. Is this the same idiot who delivered our Uber Eats order there too? They must be the cheapest courier around for such a reputable sending company to use and I'm shocked they can even hold a license and drive a vehicle legally with that attitude and level of laziness or incompetence!
I have very good experience with how fast they are. I received my orders by them two times. One time from Melbourne to Sydney and the other time from Brisbane to Sydney. They delivered my parcels in 1 day which is fantastic.
I had a freight delivery from Melbourne to Albury when receiving the box it was completely knocked around with a hole in it. Yamaha power amplifier. Cost me around $3,999.00c I've had issues with this power Amplifier it will have to be taken back and get a new one. Customers please avoid using this fright company
hopeless to deal with, wont return calls, loose freight and have no idea where it is, would not recommend at all
Since April this year I have had 3 deliveries from Adelaide to country Victoria & they have always been very fast. The pallet I got today took 4 days from order to delivery to my door. I have had great service. Highly recommend. 5⭐️
Absolutely hopeless. Will not return phone calls. Will lie directly to you regarding your freight. Took them 2 weeks to ship 300kms. Would strongly recommend against using

While a small percentage of customers report positive experiences, praising timely deliveries and friendly staff, these instances are far outnumbered by complaints about inadequate tracking and lack of accountability. Many people note that customer service is difficult to reach, often leaving them on hold for extended periods without resolution.
