Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car.
Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car.
He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past.
Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out.
The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward .
I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.
I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down .
I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk .
After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie !
He sorted it out with flying colours,excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional.
Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done .

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

We live in Ashford and as we got on the m20 this morning a warning light came up on dashboard. We stopped at Kia Aylesford Maidstone at 7.30 am and my husband just knocked on the door as they don’t open til 8.30 But a service engineer came out and checked over car with computer system !! So so nice , he was then joined by another engineer. They are a credit to your company . Thank you so much as we are on our way to Cornwall . They put our mind at rest and explained what it was .
Milton Keynes Kia have been superb. Used Carwow and they offered a great price. All done over the phone and two weeks the car was delivered to my door.
The delivery was just after 7am from over 140 miles away. The delivery driver was very helpful. No rushing and explained everything i needed to know.

£3,500 LOST DUE TO KIA ASSISTANCE UTTER LACK OF SUPPORT OR URGENCY
Kia Assistance EUROPE just cost me £2,000 in cancelled accommodation and will cost me a further £1,000 in alternative accommodation because they could not be bothered getting a £100 water pump for a two year old Kia Sportage when the pump fractured while we were in France. They also did nothing to find us a replacement hire car (£500) and misled us for ten days about when the water pump would be delivered - and after ten days they still can not provide a date for delivery of the part or repair of the car. I, therefore, contacted a main Kia dealer in the U.K. and I am having the part flown over and delivered in three days. Despite knowing we needed urgent assistance, that my husband is severely disabled and the size of the damages we would incur from the very beginning if we were delayed - Kia Assistance DID NOTHING TO HELP AND CAUSED AROUND £3,500 IN DAMAGES
WHEN THERE WAS CLEARLY A PROBLEM OBTAINING THE PART IN MAINLAND EUROPE IT APPEARS ONE PHONE CALL TO THE U.K. TO FIND A £100 PART AND GET IT DELIVERED QUICKLY IS APPARENTLY BEYOND THE CAPABILITY OF KIA ASSISTANCE
I AM POSTING THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE I KNOW - PERHAPS PEOPLE WILL BEGIN TO INVESTIGATE THE UTTER LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THIS MUCH LAUDED SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY WHICH KIA USE TO DRAW IN THE UNWARY

I just got a mobility car from Ed and i will say the service i got was incredible, every step of the way he sure i was comfortable and I genuinely felt very at ease at the appointments even though I’m mostly house bound and get anxious easily. I could not folt his service and help.
What a great team of people at aka Blackpool. No pressure selling and the repress I dealt with gave me all te information needed to make an informed decision about the car I wanted and plenty of time to make up my mind. The whole process was very easy and pleasant from start to finish and the after sales support has been great. Highly recommend them for your next car.
Chaplehouse Kia, Warrington. Last year my car was serviced at kia Warrington, after being sat unused due to the COVID lock down I checked my fluid levels before making a long ish journey and found I had no coolant. So I took the car back to kia who checked it over, they said its fine and I had nothing to worry about. In July this year I had my car serviced at kia Warrington, 6 weeks later my coolant level was zero. I called the dealership last Saturday who told me to bring back in today (Wednesday 15th September). When I arrived I was total they had no record of the call I made, or the call backs they made to me on Saturday. They then sat I could leave the car but I'd be charged for any investigation and work because my car was just out of warranty. If they'd have sorted the problem first time round I wouldn't have needed to return it for further investigation and the fact they insisted on charging me was a joke. Do not buy a car from these people, do not buy a service plan from these people and do not trust the work or investigations they say they have done either. I'm lucky I checked before the engine exploded.
Popped into Kia Bromley earlier this afternoon - Saturday 11th Sept - was able to wander around, identify three cars that looked of interest - popped into the showroom and the cars there. Was there a good 15mins. Identified five members of staff. Not one single one of them approached or acknowledged me until I was making my way back to my car.
Don’t go to KIA BROMLEY looking for service if not white, male or middle aged!
I purchased a Kia Stonic from Tipton Kia in the West Midlands. However as I was cleaning the car with warm water and sponge the paint on the roof came off.
Not to worry I thought, Kia offer 7 year warranty. I contacted Kia and despite myself chasing they will not cover the paint as they say it is from a stone chip, which it absolutely isn't!
If a stone had hit the roof I would have certainly heard it, but this didn't happen as I watched with my own eyes the paint come off.
Be warned that Kia advertise this fantastic warranty but try to get anything from it and you are fighting a losing battle.
Unbelievablely disappointed as my pride and joy now has yellow paint showing through that should be black!
Will I buy a Kia again, nope.
