Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car.
Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car.
He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past.
Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out.
The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward .
I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.
I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down .
I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk .
After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie !
He sorted it out with flying colours,excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional.
Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done .

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.
The team and particularly Darren at Kia in Bath were amazingly helpful with our old Kia. Darren went above and beyond to help and advise us - amazing service. Many thanks

Worst car ever......
Bought a Kia Sportage end of Sept 19 brand new. After several months the exhaust warning light came on, followed by the engine management light and then loss of power, as if the turbo had packed up. Kia repaired the vehicle under warranty after taking 5 weeks. Since then every few months the same thing occurs, exactly the same sequencing of dashboard lights resulting in lack of power. The car is currently with them, as I write this and so far they have had the vehicle 6 weeks, no update as to when the car will be returned.
This is the 6th time in 2 years the vehicle has gone in with this issue and yet the car has only covered 12k miles. Since the last fault at the end of August 2021 the car has only done 1800 miles before this current repair.
Will never ever by a Kia again, shocking customer service. Kia of Epsom should be ashamed.
I had booked my car in today, the 15th December. I know this is the correct date as due to medical reasons I wasn't allowed to drive for 10 days from the 3rd of December so booking my car in for the 15th was suitable.
I arrived to reception to hand my keys over and they didn't have me on their list. I was then told it should've been in on the 10th December, which doesn't add up because I would've never booked that knowing as I wouldn't have been able to physically drop the car off or pick it up on this date.
The staff weren't helpful at all, offered no alternatives close by. Both my self and partner had gone out of our way by means of our jobs and also made the journey in two cars to the garage during rush hour to find that we were just turned away.
Lastly, to confirm that it was not me who had got it wrong, one of the receptionists told me they'd rang 4 times on the 10th to see where my car was, so I got my calling list out on my phone and, black and white, no missed calls at all from kia.
Absolutely shocking, what a waste of time, especially as it takes 2 months to book your car in for something simple.
Worse customer service and software faulty. Use Mini Cooper, bmw, Wv, freelander, Honda and Vauxhall before none of them faulty. Reason to come to the Kia as need to cut down living cost smaller engine save fuel road tax maintenance and insurance. Bough finance contract for 36 months on picanto white GT line S. they delivered Green X line s! Bough white GT line S. when the car arrived received phone call sorry I ordered you the wrong car and colour can you come for a new contract please! Also number plate that you chose somebody already bough it so have to pick new number plate. I traded in my old car. I have no vehicle to use and been told to be waiting another few months for the correct one so I can’t be bother I just take the green picanto as I need the car for work a bit disappointed with situations but the car it doesn’t bother me as similar rang of the one I wanted and lime colour doesn’t look too bad. Only let down with number plate that not the one I booked. The reason he ordered wrong car because when I viewed the car I was tested the green X line s at Norwich showroom. I was in and out checked the car and drove out for test so the sell man booked that one for me! Ordered totally a different colour and model! On ours pick up date my little girl cried so much she expected the white car. She said it not our car she want the white one that parked nearby us! After all the hassle. first few month after drove around I noticed the power dropped then once the tyres were low the indicators light showing up on screen, filled the air and press set button it never gone. I alway have to take to the garage to reset the software free of charge from kia but if you go local garage it cost £30 to do so. Very disappointed with brand new car. Trouble doesn’t sort it have to set from time to time very annoying. The finance service is terrible bad. When I bough the car I told the sell I would like to purchase the car, then after 24 month of contract they contact me asked what would I want to do I confirmed purchase the car. Now 34 months later they sent me query letter I sign agreement of purchase the car by direct debit my bank account I then return the letter and now 35 months they chasing me like crazy asking what do I want to do with the car, return, purchase or exchange! This is really stupid annoying and ignorant of their customers service! It disturbing so much. How many times do you need confirmation from customer? I’ll be selling this car after this all done and change the brand. First time with Kia not impressive from beginning to the end and soon after I receive v5 doc I would trade to one of my previous companies. They are better customer service and never annoying with financial. I don’t recommended this brand at all low quality for price. Brand new car so many faulty with the software system and main power supply is dropped within 2 thousand miles! So bad.
So my car is 3 years 4 months old.. full dealership service history. But guess what they don't service the spark plugs till year 4 or 40,000 miles.. car had an issue of loss of power and juddering. Took it to the local garage because it was to far to drive to the local dealer. It surprise surprise has a cracked spark plug. So the garage went to the dealer to order the part only to be told it will be a few weeks as the part is on back order. So I can't now use the car just incase it damages the engine.. would never buy another kia!!! part are shocking and never available because they want you to go to a dealer even if that means damaging the engine. When you call them they never answer either
Bad! Bought a car with them and they did a mistake on the v65! Now after 6 months not only have they not fixed their error but they have said I have to see how to get a new v65! Don’t buy with them! Very bad customer service and the salesman just did not care as well!
Burton Kia warranty refused! A con rod has just gone through my engine casing and Kia refused my warranty even though it has been serviced every year and with in 20,000 miles as stated, Kia claim it has to be done every 10,000….. why does my warranty say 20,000 then? It’s been broken for 4 weeks now no one returns your calls from their customer service number. My cars warranty was accepted 2 years ago as the gearbox went but now the warranty is invalid because the second service done at Kia “the oil wasn’t changed” apparently that’s not covered in a standard service as well as picking up on minor mistakes on the invoice. I was told by Kia it was checked and “proven” that it wasn’t a manufacturer issue so I asked for a quote and was told they don’t have one as no one has looked at your car yet! Stories keep changing and I have had 5-6 different reasons as to why it was refused. There story kept changing as I was proving them wrong. 7 years warranty what a joke!
We called on saturday to look at a seat leon. We drove from rawmarsh south yotkshire. The young man that we were talking to had a very negative attitude and just could not be bothered. He did not even look at my car which we had asked him to do a valuation on or ask any questions about it. If he had done his job correctly we would have bought the car but due to his whole attitude we came away. Hence losing your company a sale and we were very disappointed.
Booked a test drive in the EV6. I am a cash buyer. Arrived on time to be told the owner, one Mr Hawkins, had the car instead but I could come back in the afternoon to test drive it once he had returned it. A wasted morning then given it's a one hour round trip for me. If this is the level of service Mr Hawkins offers at the point of a test drive God knows how bad it is if you buy one of his cars. Will not be buying from any of his dealerships now and will take my cash elsewhere.
