Avoid at all cost Kia Warrington.
Chaplehouse Kia, Warrington. Last year my car was serviced at kia Warrington, after being sat unused due to the COVID lock down I checked my fluid levels before making a long ish journey and found I had no coolant. So I took the car back to kia who checked it over, they said its fine and I had nothing to worry about. In July this year I had my car serviced at kia Warrington, 6 weeks later my coolant level was zero. I called the dealership last Saturday who told me to bring back in today (Wednesday 15th September). When I arrived I was total they had no record of the call I made, or the call backs they made to me on Saturday. They then sat I could leave the car but I'd be charged for any investigation and work because my car was just out of warranty. If they'd have sorted the problem first time round I wouldn't have needed to return it for further investigation and the fact they insisted on charging me was a joke. Do not buy a car from these people, do not buy a service plan from these people and do not trust the work or investigations they say they have done either. I'm lucky I checked before the engine exploded.
