Worse customer service and software…
Worse customer service and software faulty. Use Mini Cooper, bmw, Wv, freelander, Honda and Vauxhall before none of them faulty. Reason to come to the Kia as need to cut down living cost smaller engine save fuel road tax maintenance and insurance. Bough finance contract for 36 months on picanto white GT line S. they delivered Green X line s! Bough white GT line S. when the car arrived received phone call sorry I ordered you the wrong car and colour can you come for a new contract please! Also number plate that you chose somebody already bough it so have to pick new number plate. I traded in my old car. I have no vehicle to use and been told to be waiting another few months for the correct one so I can’t be bother I just take the green picanto as I need the car for work a bit disappointed with situations but the car it doesn’t bother me as similar rang of the one I wanted and lime colour doesn’t look too bad. Only let down with number plate that not the one I booked. The reason he ordered wrong car because when I viewed the car I was tested the green X line s at Norwich showroom. I was in and out checked the car and drove out for test so the sell man booked that one for me! Ordered totally a different colour and model! On ours pick up date my little girl cried so much she expected the white car. She said it not our car she want the white one that parked nearby us! After all the hassle. first few month after drove around I noticed the power dropped then once the tyres were low the indicators light showing up on screen, filled the air and press set button it never gone. I alway have to take to the garage to reset the software free of charge from kia but if you go local garage it cost £30 to do so. Very disappointed with brand new car. Trouble doesn’t sort it have to set from time to time very annoying. The finance service is terrible bad. When I bough the car I told the sell I would like to purchase the car, then after 24 month of contract they contact me asked what would I want to do I confirmed purchase the car. Now 34 months later they sent me query letter I sign agreement of purchase the car by direct debit my bank account I then return the letter and now 35 months they chasing me like crazy asking what do I want to do with the car, return, purchase or exchange! This is really stupid annoying and ignorant of their customers service! It disturbing so much. How many times do you need confirmation from customer? I’ll be selling this car after this all done and change the brand. First time with Kia not impressive from beginning to the end and soon after I receive v5 doc I would trade to one of my previous companies. They are better customer service and never annoying with financial. I don’t recommended this brand at all low quality for price. Brand new car so many faulty with the software system and main power supply is dropped within 2 thousand miles! So bad.
