Kia Bolton absolute rubbish

Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

DM Kieth Kia Leeds.

DM Kieth Kia Leeds. Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car. He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past. Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out. The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward . I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.

I would have given them a 5 star review…

I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down . I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk . After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie ! He sorted it out with flying colours, excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional. Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done . Well done Bobbie. And thank you !

Don't bother

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

Allen Kia Bath

I have just bought the new Sportage. Jack assisted me originally and explained everything about the process and my options. The sales team were caring, interested and knowledgable. During the period between agreeing the purchase and collecting the car my telephone enquiries were dealt with professionally by whichever member of the team answered the phone. When I collected the car the sales parson had unfortunately been off sick but the manager Adam picked up the reins and made sure that my buying experience was as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be. This is the second Sportage I have purchased from Allen Kia Bath and will definitely be buying my next one there. (subject to a decent deal of course !!) :-)

Kia Finance are so out of touch

Kia Finance are so out of touch with the real world, its impossible to comprehend. I was refused a Business PCP on a Sorento because I had a government bounceback loan and my directors loan on my balance sheet. Clueless underwriters who evidently have no understanding of how accounting works felt I couldn't service the £500 monthly repayment - we're making that as NP daily!. They then said I can't apply for Personal PCP because I am linked to my company! My wife can't apply because she lives at the same address!!! How do these people come up with pointless practices? Don't waste your time with Kia; their cars may look attractive but dealing with their representatives and back office functions is nothing but pure frustration.

Pointless Customer Chat

I bought a Kia Optima 12 months ago and took out a service plan, having had a service booked through the Kia app I noticed today that it is still saying my car is due a service, used the chat to ask if the app updated service history but they couldn’t answer the question and wanted to refer me to a dealer, come on Kia it’s your app not the dealers it was a simple question. Makes having a chat option to contact Kia pointless.

Lookers Kia Newcastle

Collected my e Niro from Graeme and the team around a week ago. Staff were friendly and informative right through my part-ex/sales process. The car was well prepared for my collection, and has been a joy to drive so far. Thanks!

Poor trade in prices

Had a value on car of £23500 from 3 different places and decided to trade in for Kia Sorento. Went to 2 dealers and one offered £20500 and other in London offered £16000 to £17000 WHAT!

Trouble free motoring thanks to Kia

Can only say my Kia Sorento now 6 years old has been serviced by Kia Solihull First class service and never a warranty issue ! Prompt service from service dept and excellent workmanship. This has caused me to sign up for a new Kia Sorento so I can enjoy another 7 years of trouble free motoring.

poor workmanship and terrible customer service

I took my car for sensors to be fitted they damaged the bumper and sensors fell out not working straight away now with very annoying loud noise on reverse they took the car back to look at and then they scratched my car and are refusing to repair the scratch and only offering a new bumper as final offer which I'm unable to accept as I need the scratch repaired too . Terrible customer service and no apologies ,don't follow own complaints procedures. Do not use Kia Bristol , Its a shame as I was considering buying a new Kia hybrid car from them until all this happened. Now having to go to the car ombudsman in the hope of my car being restored to its pre garage visit .

avoid Draycotts Kia

I bought my car (ford focus in Draycotts Kia, Mansfield Rd, Sutton-in-Ashfield NG17 4HH) on the 6 of December and I’ve noticed some oil leaking from the turbo charger and start/stop system, so contacted Kia on the 15 of December, I’ve email the salesman Dale Ferguson ,he replied to me saying it was normal .But I took the car there anyways and Kevin Rourke the service manager spend 2 minutes looking at it and said again that it was normal. in the 24 of December when I was going to work the amber engine warning light came up on my dashboard, so I’ve called Kia again and they didn’t have time to look at my car, only in the 14 of January, so I had to lose another day at work and took the car there again, after 2 hours service they said that the car was fixed . after 1 day only in the 15 of January the engine light came up again, so I had to leave work early and took the car in the garage again. they refused to look at it because they said they didn’t have staff and schedule for me to bring the car on the 17 of January. On the 17 of January, I’ve took the car again there and after 3 hours they said that the car was fixed again and didn’t gave me an invoice because they told me that they did the same service as before. in the day 14 of February in my way to work I had an engine fault and had to pull over the car on the road and waited for a couple of minutes and the car restarted again but my engine warning light appeared again. I only have this car to work and I depend on it because I work far away, I don’t think it’s fair how they are treating me. It looks like they are not taking my problem seriously. I’m not going to lose another day at work taking my car in the garage for them to tell me that its normal and to reset the system and give me the car back with the same problem as before just for me to waste time and my warranty to end. I’m really upset with the whole situation; I’ve bought the car for KIA because I trusted them but instead, they sold me a faulty car.
