avoid Draycotts Kia
I bought my car (ford focus in Draycotts Kia, Mansfield Rd, Sutton-in-Ashfield NG17 4HH) on the 6 of December and I’ve noticed some oil leaking from the turbo charger and start/stop system, so contacted Kia on the 15 of December, I’ve email the salesman Dale Ferguson ,he replied to me saying it was normal .But I took the car there anyways and Kevin Rourke the service manager spend 2 minutes looking at it and said again that it was normal. in the 24 of December when I was going to work the amber engine warning light came up on my dashboard, so I’ve called Kia again and they didn’t have time to look at my car, only in the 14 of January, so I had to lose another day at work and took the car there again, after 2 hours service they said that the car was fixed . after 1 day only in the 15 of January the engine light came up again, so I had to leave work early and took the car in the garage again. they refused to look at it because they said they didn’t have staff and schedule for me to bring the car on the 17 of January. On the 17 of January, I’ve took the car again there and after 3 hours they said that the car was fixed again and didn’t gave me an invoice because they told me that they did the same service as before. in the day 14 of February in my way to work I had an engine fault and had to pull over the car on the road and waited for a couple of minutes and the car restarted again but my engine warning light appeared again. I only have this car to work and I depend on it because I work far away, I don’t think it’s fair how they are treating me. It looks like they are not taking my problem seriously. I’m not going to lose another day at work taking my car in the garage for them to tell me that its normal and to reset the system and give me the car back with the same problem as before just for me to waste time and my warranty to end. I’m really upset with the whole situation; I’ve bought the car for KIA because I trusted them but instead, they sold me a faulty car.
