You double charge the rent payment causing an overdraft. You don't return the money after acknowledging the double charge. Your phone numbers don't work when we call. And you take days to respond to messages. You're unreliable and unprofessional. You blame us for maintenance issues that we had been assured were fixed. You blame us when we report something broke in this 40+ year old unit. Or you dismiss our reporting of maintenance issues in the unit. I am utterly shocked and disgusted by Darwin on the whole. The owners may like you for now, but I don't see that being the case longterm. But then again, maybe that's not your goal. Quick return on an investment then onto the next property perhaps?
