Poor Customer/Renter Service
One employee showed up at my front door without a face covering. I have attempted to contact another employee multiple times (1 text message, 2 voicemails, 1 email) and have not yet been contacted back. It has been a week since the first attempt. When calling into the office, it was apparent that the office staff was not well trained to speak with customers/renters. The online payment system is easy to use however. And although it was a miscommunication, when it was thought I had a maintenance request, the maintenance department was quick to respond...even though it was only to tell me my lease didn't cover that kind of maintenance and I was on my own.
