I can not express the ease they provided with the process in words. I was given 6 days to move after storm made my apt uninhabitable. Darwin went above and beyond to secure an earlier move in date. Then when i accidentally got locked out of the apartment on the second day, the agents at Darwin got a hold of all the right people to get me back inside. The conciege service to transfer my old services was amazing. I have only just begun my relationship with this company and i am already extremely impressed with how they helped reduce my worries and stress. Kudos and Bless you.

We just moved into a new home and our realtor told us the garbage disposal would be fixed and hooks nails and screws are removed from walls by our new property management company “Darwin homes”. Well we’ve lived at our new home for two weeks now and nothing has been done. A work order was place but we were never contacted. It’s a shame that Darwin doesn't take pride in new clients.

The application process was a little long. My husband is a contractor and gets paid in various ways, and I provided bank statements but was unaware that we would have to provide his ITR, no where in the application does it mention this. Most places accept just bank statements for either 3 months or even a full year. It was a little frustrating because when applying there’s not many details in the application. Even though the application was short and easy, there’s no place that you can put any details. Also I have ESA dogs and I felt like I was scolded for not putting them on the application. My ESA dogs are not pets and I do not have to put them in my application. Also, if there was a spot where you could put details about a service animal or ESA then it would have been checked off. The leasing agent just seemed to make it a big deal because I didn’t put it in my application. I was able to support my documents from my doctor for them, it was just a little irritating having to be told that it is required in the application when honestly it’s not.
It was a terrible experience working with Darwin Homes.
Communication is very poor. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. Upon moving in I had a lot of questions and things were broken. I have still been unable to get a hold of anyone and it has been 4 days since my move in.
My husband and I recently leased a home through Darwin homes and the process was incredibly easy! Katerina in the leasing team was AMAZING at answering my questions (there were a lot!) and was still so very friendly! Absolutely would recommend to anyone in need of an easy rental option!
Everyone I talked to was friendly professional and knew every answer I was looking for very polite and friendly and very helpful at all times.
Your entire company has provided a terrible experience. Demanding things that are not possible. Not have the home move in ready. I am going to have to get an attorney involved soon if you do not fix these issues.

Took over a week and a phone call to get someone to come out. He fixed the backyard light but the attempt at fixing the fence door was very lacking in skill as it’s already falling apart a month later and still is not secure or safe. The entire fence is in dire need of repair
We signed a year lease and moved in last night. From the very minute we got our keys we had problems. They let us move into a home that had NEVER been cleaned. When addressed about the unclean property in the middle of a pandemic they told us "they walked the property personally and it was clean". We found 1. Human feces on the toilet seat 2. Pubic hair throughout the master bath/room 3. Pet Stained carpets 4. Fridge still had spilled sticky liquid in the trays 5. Unswept floors 6. Black goo in the master closest 7. Trash thrown throughout the property (backyard & front) 8. Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE 9. Old tenants cigarette ashtray filled with cigarettes 10. Used old soap bar in the shower 11. Used toilet paper bits all over the back/ behind toilet. 12. Old dog feces throughout the backyard. 13. Entire backyard grass is dry and dead. After threatening to contact our lawyer they sent out a cleaning crew who did a wonderful job. I'm still waiting on a carpet cleaning. I have sent multiple emails, called and texted multiple people at Darwin and now it feels as though they are ignoring them. I have also gone as far as threatening to contact the homeowners because this is unacceptable in the middle of a pandemic! This is our first full day in the home and I'm already considering breaking our lease. UPDATE July 29th: Contacted Darwin Homes on March 18th, less than two months into our year lease about an "overdue" water bill that was threatening to turn off our water. The homeowners never settled prior to us moving in Feb 1 so there was an outstanding balance of $126.16. We received an email back from their residential support Admin stating "Thank you for letting us know, we'll reach out to the owner about this and we'll be handling this ASAP." At this time we addressed which accounts and companies should we be taking over because we still had not received an itemized list of utilities and account numbers. Being new to Texas, we had no clue who to contact to switch over into our names. (Never received a list) March 19th we received an email from the same support admin stating "The owner has paid the water bill balance, apologies because the owner never got the final bill so he was not aware." July 6th We contacted the management company regarding the neighbors overspray down the side of the house from repainting their fence. We sent images of the Burnt orange spray dripping down the side of our gray rental. We wanted to inform the owners/ management so we are not liable upon our move out date which is in 6 months. We received an email that said "Thank you Tanya." without follow up or instructions on how to address the issue. July 22 We received a notice on our door that yet again our water was going to be shut off due to an "overdue" Balance of $126.16. At this time I called the water company who then sent me itemized bills from Feb 1- july. Darwin homes never took care of the overdue bill from January even though I have an email from support stating otherwise. Here we are taking time off my work schedule to manage what Darwin never took care of. I contacted Darwin homes again completely frustrated regarding the negligence of this account. I was instructed over the phone from yet another "support" admin that JoAnne the manager for this property would contact the water company to "figure it out". I received an email the night of July 22nd from the water company stating "I received confirmation for the payment of $126.16 from JoAnne the property manager of Darwin Homes for the OWNERS: Your account reflects a zero balance. I am sorry for all the confusion concerning your account status." July 29th, 2021, I have yet to hear back from Darwin homes. My husband received a review email to review our services and our satisfaction with our open ticket. My husband gave an honest review of 0 stars and due to him stating that they lied to us. They refused to post/accept his review. Our lease is up January 31st and I will continue to update this review regarding the Incompetent Management.
